With the increase in obesity cases as well as diabetes cases, it might be a good time to start considering what you might be able to do to better your overall health. I have a 3 year old son and if you are reading this right now and also have a son that age or been there already then you know that they are extremely active and their always keeping you on the go. Well I can say that I am not tired after a weekend of chasing him around all the time.

And, last, if you're still smoking, by all stop. Smoking kills. It's not only linked to cancer of the lung and throat, but it doubles your risk of stroke and quadruples your risk heart disease. Smoking also yellows your teeth and wrinkles your skin, making you look much older than you are.
